1. Definitions

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your h89h5 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance (subject to completion of any wagering requirements). h89h5 will process account closure requests within 48 hours. You remain bound by these Terms regarding any activity that occurred prior to closure.

10.2 Termination by h89h5

h89h5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents.

Upon termination for breach or prohibited activity, h89h5 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and withhold winnings derived from the violating activity.
